Our warrantees
All of the products manufactured or sold by Les Rampes Secur BL Inc. are covered by a warranty offered to the original purchaser. The warranty begins on the date of purchase and covers our products only to the extent that these products have been used for the purposes for which they are intended.
Railings, columns and stairs:
20 years on aluminum – materials and manufacturing defects
5 years on paint finishes and aluminum parts
Fibreglass products:
Fibreglass products, including floors, landings and treads, are warrantied provided every hole made in the product (e.g. the installation of balustrade posts, etc.) is sealed using caulking intended for this purpose (Mulco Supra, Flextra, etc.) and covers the following aspects:
Floors and landings:
5 years on delamination and fissuring of the fibreglass coating.
5 years on all manufacturing defects.
Treads and risers:
5 years on delamination and fissuring of the fibreglass coating.
5 years on all manufacturing defects.
Labour:
Installation (all products): 5 years
